The CP572G attachment is designed for the Cat D7G LGP, Komatsu D85PX15 and Dressta TD20H LGP Tractors. Lifting capacity 90,000 lbs.  The Challenger Services CP572G pipelayer is very easy to operate with a minimum amount of training needed.  This unit has infinitely variable line speeds with an optional free fall on the load line.  Both load line and boom line winches provide smooth, precise load control during operation.  All hydraulics used to operate the sideboom and attachments are plumbed through the tractor.  This feature alone makes the unit more cost efficient and enhances operational safety.

The Challenger Services CP66 hydraulic pipelayer is available with a Cat® D6D LGP or D6D tractor.

The Caterpillar D6D tractors operate smoothly with precision load control. The oval track gives the operator complete stability in all terrain. It is easy to operate with a minimum amount of training or experience. This pipelayer has infinitely variable speeds with an optional free fall on the load line. There is also an optional two speed on the load line or boom line. All hydraulics used to operate the pipelayer are plumbed through the original tractor hydraulics. This feature alone induces cost efficiency due to less maintenance, thus enhancing the operational safety of the pipelayer. This pipelayer has less ground pressure than the 561M and 50% more capacity.  Lifting Capacity on the D6D LGP is 70,000 lbs and on the D6D 50,000 lbs.

The Challenger Services CP4CH pipelayer attach-ment is fabricated specifically for the Cat® Challenger 65, 75, 85 and 95 Tractor.  The Caterpillar Challenger Series tractors have rubber track belts ranging in sizes from 25” to 30” wide.   This provides more traction and stability and unlike steel tracks, rubber tracks can travel on paved roads.  Continuous power to both track belts is provided through differential steering.  This means that the Challenger tractor with a CP4CH pipelayer attachment is extremely maneuverable even in a turn.  Economically speaking, rubber belts outlast   tires.

Challenger offers the pipelayer machine for sale that you need.  The Challenger Services CP2R pipelayer is available with a Cat®  928G or IT28G tractor.  The Caterpillar 928G and IT28G series tractors have rubber tires for on or off-road applications. The bucket up front   gives the machine more versatility on the job to handle overburden, fill, sand or gravel. And with the IT28G, which is also equipped with forks, the contractor can now handle pallets, pipe, slings and more. Total versatility in one machine.
