PDF - Challenger Trailer

The Challenger  Services trailer utilizes the Mobil-trac system
providing more flotation and stability.  The rubber tracks are
mounted with a bogie suspension.  Brakes and/or hydraulic
motors are available as an extra cost option .

The trailer and dolly combined have a 90,000 lbs. net pay-
load capacity.  This configuration can be used for pipe or
general cargo.

The Challenger trailer is also available without a dolly.  The
undercarriage is center mounted, for balance, and it
functions as a semi-trailer hitched directly to the tow tractor.  
Net payload capacity is 45,000 pounds.  This configuration
can be towed from either end.  An 8 foot extension on both
ends is available as an option.

Easy to operate, the Coupon Cutter is constructed of cast aluminum and steel alloy and weighs only 12 pounds. Providing accurate welding quality testing, the Coupon Cutter offers right or left hand operation, centers on a pipe and operates at the rate of six turns per inch of travel. Provides a coupon up to 3 x 4.

PDF - Pipeline Lined Steel Choker Belt

Completely lined belt allows the exact alignment
of pipe required  for  welding or  bending.  The
steel-lined fabric-faced belt holds the pipe firmly,
no slippage.

Ability to roll or pull pipe makes handling fast and
convenient.  The belt  is easily released when the
pipe is in position.

This bending belt comes in sizes up to 60 inches.  
It can be adjust for coating thickness and is  
repairable in the field.
